Montessori education

The central educational approach of our daycare center is to strengthen the child's personal, social and practical abilities on the basis of Maria Montessori's image of man.

Maria Montessori saw the child as a "master builder of himself" with a predetermined inner blueprint. She assumes that the human being has certain phases in his life (sensitive phases) in which it is particularly easy for him to learn.

The child is responsible for the development and the unfolding of his or her individual strengths.

In our nursery, the environment is prepared in such a way that each child finds the material he or she needs at the moment. The children have the opportunity for self-education and become active.
